--General--
Each dress is individually made in my home studio, using professional quality techniques. Most dresses are made with natural fibers (cotton and silks), but I make a few exceptions when I find irresistible fabrics (like the silver brocade bubble dress).
All items have a care label in the lining, or else will come with special instructions for care. Fabrics have been prewashed and shrunk (sans silk) using natural, biodegradable soaps.
I welcome custom orders! If you like a dress style, but would like it in a different color or material, please ask!
--Shipping--
You may ask yourself: why is shipping so expensive? For peace of mind and to ensure that you get your garment promptly, all items are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail - with Delivery Confirmation (Insurance is added to items valuing over $100.00).
I am happy to ship international - please convo me for a price quote. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges as well as any customs fees.
--Returns/Exchanges--
All standard & ready ship dresses may be returned or exchanged within a week of arrival.
RETURNS - dress must be in original, unworn condition and full refund will be applied once item has been inspected. A restocking fee that is equivalent to the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund price.
EXCHANGES - if your dress is simply the wrong size, please notify me as soon as possible so that we can set up an exchange. I will be happy to make you the correct size for no cost, as long as the original garment is returned to me in unworn condition (see returns). Customer is responsible only for return shipping the original garment.
Customer satisfaction is a very high priority. If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, please let me know! If you have any questions about any of my pieces, please convo me PRIOR to purchasing to get further description/details than are listed in my shop.
